I’m Rebecca, a coach for women in their 40s and 50s who are ready to stop just getting through their days and start genuinely living them.

The early years

I have been moving my whole life.

I grew up riding horses. Competitive show jumping was my sport, my passion, my identity. When that chapter closed, I found my way to gyms, running clubs, aerobics classes. I ran half marathons. I ran a full marathon. I was always doing something.

But I was never quite seeing what I wanted in the mirror. I was working hard, showing up consistently, and still feeling like something was missing. I didn’t look strong. I didn’t feel the way I wanted to feel. And nobody was talking to me about why.

42The turning point

At 42, everything changed.

I was watching my trainer at a competition. She looked strong, sculpted, and completely alive in her body. When I found out she was one month out from a bodybuilding show, I didn’t think twice. I wanted to know what that felt like from the inside. That decision lit the fuse on everything.

I fell completely in love with the process.

For the first time, I understood what it actually meant to train with purpose and nourish with intention. I learned how to reshape a body I’d carried for four decades. From 2014 through my early 50s, I competed in physique and bodybuilding shows, and what I gained was so much bigger than any placing.

I gained a deep, grounded knowledge of what women’s bodies are capable of when given the right structure, the right fuel, and real support.

Now I coach women to find their own light-bulb moment.

At 54, I coach women online because I want every woman in her 40s and 50s to have the moment where she stops just getting through her days and starts genuinely living them, with energy, with strength, with pride, and alongside a community of women doing it right beside her.

I coach with warmth and I meet you exactly where you are. But I will also hold you to your potential, give you the truth, and help you find a solution every time life gets complicated, because it always does. What I ask in return is simple: show up, do your best, and trust the process. The results will follow.
